Reservation Fees and Policy
The Process for Placing a Reservation Fee on a Current/Upcoming Litter or Future Breeding:
Our reservations are for the puppy you select. On pick up day if you decide you want another puppy as long as it is available you can transfer your payment to the new puppy.
We do not accept reservation fees by gender or color preference. Our breeding program is not based on color over temperament and disposition. With that said, we cannot guarantee colors or sizes in our litters. We will be able to advise our families on the colors we are expecting in any given litter, but we do not guarantee you will get a specific color when your pick takes place.
All reservation fees are refundable (minus an inconvenience fee of $100), however your reservation fee is transferable to a future litter, which is allowed one time.
You can split the reservation payment in half but will not be on the list until paid in full.

Making a Reservation
We are always accepting reservations for upcoming and future litters. The reservation fee is $500 and is refundable (as long as this is before puppies are 6 weeks, after which the $250 inconvenience fee applies). Please contact us for additional info or for questions. (see below)

Traditional colored Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies) can have AKC breed standard colors of Black & Tan, Blue & Tan, Black & Gold or Blue & Gold. While a puppy can start out tan and black as it grows it can change colors.

Chocolate Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies) have a brown or chocolate colored nose. Their coat can be shades of brown/chocolate color, blonde, tan or a mixture of these colors.

Sable or Exotic Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies) can have a variety of colors, like blonde, golden brown, black and brown, etc.
